Legally Binding Agreement

By purchasing any products from Astrea Lab (astrealab.nl), you, the buyer ("Purchaser"), strictly agree to the following terms. This agreement is a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, you must exit this website and do not make a purchase.

1. STRICTLY FOR IN-VITRO AND LABORATORY RESEARCH

All products provided by Astrea Lab are classified as analytical reagents and chemical compounds for research purposes only (RUO). They are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are Astrea Lab products to be used for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic purposes, therapeutic use, or any form of in-vivo administration.

2. BUYER QUALIFICATION AND INTENT

By placing an order, the Purchaser declares and warrants that they are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution. The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring they possess the necessary facilities, equipment, and safety protocols to handle these chemical compounds. Astrea Lab reserves the right to cancel any order if there is suspicion that the products will be used outside of a laboratory setting.

3. NO THERAPEUTIC CLAIMS

Astrea Lab makes no claims regarding the pharmacological activity, therapeutic benefits, or physiological effects of our products. Any literature, articles, or analysis provided on astrealab.nl (including HPLC and Mass Spectrometry data) is provided solely for analytical verification and educational purposes, not as a guide for human or animal application.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY

The Purchaser acknowledges that there are inherent hazards associated with the handling of raw research chemicals and peptides. The Purchaser accepts full liability for any damages, incidents, or liabilities arising from the handling, storage, or misuse of the products. Astrea Lab, its directors, and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the Purchaser's use or misuse of the supplied compounds.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Astrea Lab from any claims, expenses, losses, or legal actions arising out of the Purchaser's breach of this Agreement, including the unauthorized administration of products to humans or animals.
